PAPILLION, Neb. -- The State Supreme Court is upholding the multiple convictions of a Sarpy County mom accused of drugging and sexually assaulting her daughter's friends.
39-year-old Christina Greer had her 11 convictions upheld by the Nebraska High Court on Monday.
She was found guilty after an investigation found that she had served marijuana-laced gummy bears to her then 11-year-old daughter and her friends, and repeatedly had sex with a 13-year-old boy in her home.
Greer appeared, arguing that the jury in her trial were given incorrect instructions, and that her cumulative 64- to 102-year sentence was excessive.
The State Supreme Court disagreed. Greer won't be eligible for parole until the year 2066.
