Authorities have identified a man killed in a police involved shooting in Omaha.

OMAHA, Neb. -- Authorities have identified a man killed in a police involved shooting in Omaha.
Omaha Police said 39-year-old Jacob Jamrozy was killed after he was shot by an Omaha Police officer Wednesday afternoon at Fairway Apartments.
The officer was assisting a Douglas County process server with a protection order at a unit in the complex.
OPD said officers believed the man might have hunting shotguns in his home and process servers are not armed.
Police said Jamrozy was holding a firearm when he opened the door.
No officers were injured in the incident and Jamrozy was declared dead at the scene.
The shooting is still under investigation.
