Drainage project underway at courthouse

AUBURN – A drainage project is underway at the Nemaha County Courthouse in Auburn that could impact parking and entrances.

Work is starting on the southeast corner of the building and will working west and then north.

The handicap parking on the north side of the building will be closed due to contractor’s equipment sitting there. Parking spaces will be open at the end of the main sidewalk.

Two phases of the project are expected, with the east and north sides in the second phase.
