FALLS CITY – Probation orders were handed down in Richardson County District Court for 2021 cases involving illegal drugs.

Peter Ranjel, 45, of Lincoln was sentenced to five years probation for possession with intent to deliver in October of 2021.

Ranjel was arrested after the Richardson County Sheriff’s Office searched an Abbott Street residence in Falls City.

Deputies say four separate bags containing meth, syringes and a scale were found in the basement.

Gervis Carter Jr., 59, of North Platte was sentenced to three years probation for possession of cocaine with intent to deliver in August of 2021.

Carter was arrested after a traffic stop near Dawson due to excessive exhaust noise. Court records say 8 grams of crack cocaine was intended to be delivered to North Platte.

Tammi Snethen, 47, of Falls City was sentenced to two years probation for attempted possession in June and possession in September of 2021.

The June charge came after Richardson County sheriff’s deputies searched a Wilson Street residence  and say meth was found in a personal search of Snethen.

Snethen was out on bond in the September case, when deputies say Snethen was walking along Highway 73. An affidavit says a search of her backpack yielded methamphetamine.
