"I've had the opportunity to meet with Ben and his mom who is also his high school cross country coach, twice," said  Cole  "Ben is a courteous young man and has had a successful running career at Rock County High School."

Cole continued…

"With a 5K-PR-of 20:00 minutes, he will fit in well with the rest of the team and has a shot to be a part of our top seven and help push the team towards improvement."

Cole talked about the upcoming 2022 fall season…

"Ben is our fifth signee for the 2022 men's cross-country team and with each addition, I'm getting more excited for this upcoming season and seeing how our new and returning runners push each other."
