Leadership Nebraska City plans 'pass the torch' ceremony

NEBRASKA CITY - Leadership Nebraska City has scheduled its “passing the torch” ceremony to honor Class 16 and introduce Class 17 at the Block House, 417 Central Ave., from 2 to 3 p.m. on Thursday, May 12.

Melissa Turner is the keynote speaker.
