Supporters of Trump, Herbster arrive in Greenwood

GREENWOOD, Neb. -- Former President Donald Trump is not scheduled to speak until 8:00 p.m. Friday night, but supporters of both Trump and gubernatorial candidate Charles Herbster have arrived with plenty of time to spare.

According to News Channel Nebraska's reporter at the event, significant crowds had arrived by 9:30 a.m.

Weather remains a potential risk factor for those in attendance, with the National Weather Service reporting the possibility of significant storms moving into the area by mid-to-late evening. NWS says severe thunderstorms and evening tornadic weather remain potential outcomes as a storm front moves through.

Included on the list of prohibited items at the Friday night rally are umbrellas.

Among those expected to speak at the I-80 Speedway tonight are Trump, Herbster, MyPillow founder and CEO Mike Lindell, former Trump advisor Kellyanne Conway and Citizens United President David Bossie.
