Otoe County seeks public's help in storm assessment
NEBRASKA CITY - With the next round of storms expected with a clash of a storm system developing in the Rockies and warmer air streaming north from the Gulf of Mexico, Otoe County Emergency Management is asking for residents to be prepared and get involved.
The county introduced the Citizens Storm Damage Self-Report Tool this spring.
EMA Director Gregg Goebel said it allows both residents and local businesses to easily submit storm damage information.
