OMAHA, Neb. -- Authorities said that the 21-year-old driver, involved in a crash that killed two women late last week, has been booked. 

Omaha Police said that Zachary Paulison, now 22-years-old, has been booked for two counts of Motor Vehicle Homicide - DUI and one count of Motor Vehicle Homicide - Death of Unborn Child. 

Paulison has been booked in the accident case that caused the death of former Douglas County employee 37-year-old Sara Zimmerman, her unborn child, and her passenger 38-year-old Amanda Schook.

Officials said that Paulison had been taken to the hospital, following the accident, for back and chest injuries. 

OPD said that alcohol use and high speed are being investigated as possible factors in this crash. 

The crash remains under investigation.
