Probation ordered in consent case

PLATTSMOUTH – Jeremiah Dasovic, 35,of Murray was sentenced to two years probation for sexual assault without consent in June of 2019.

An arrest affidavit  alleges sexual contact with a minor at Beaver Lake and Plattsmouth. Charges were brought after the minor was interviewed at  Project Harmony.

He is ordered to register as a Nebraska sex offender.
