Warrant issued after Falls City woman leaves treatment

FALLS CITY – An arrest warrant was issued Tuesday for 51-year-old Kimberly Chandler of Falls City after she failed to appear in court on a delivery of methamphetamine charge.
The district judge released Chandler on bond in October with the condition that she returned to the Richardson County Jail at any time she is no longer in a treatment facility. Judge Smith issued the arrest warrant after learning that Chandler had left treatment and had not appeared for her scheduled court appearance.
The Richardson County Sheriff’s Office arrested Chandler after a narcotics investigation that involved the search of a Verdon residence.
She is accused of conspiring to distribute $80 worth of meth on Aug. 15 and intending to deliver $120 worth of meth on Aug. 19.
