Falls City man arrested on Otoe County possession charge

By News Channel NebraskaNEBRASKA CITY – Nebraska City police made three warrant arrests and a possession arrest over the weekend.
An 18-year-old Nebraska City woman was arrested Saturday for possession and a 50-year-old Nebraska City man was arrested Monday for driving under suspension.
Two Nebraska City women were arrested Friday on failure to appear or contempt of court orders.
The sheriff’s office arrested Donald Baxter, 47, of Falls City on failure to appear warrant.
Baxter was sentenced Tuesday in Richardson County to 18 months probation for possession on June 1.
He is charged in Otoe County with possession of April 4. A warrant for his arrest was issued Oct. 20.
