EDGE offers poverty simulation

 NEBRASKA CITY – EDGE Nebraska City is hosting a poverty simulation experience for community members on Monday, Dec. 6, from 5 to 7:30 p.m. at Steinhart Lodge.

Participants will take the role of a family that is facing a variety of challenging, but typical circumstances. It is the task of the family to provide food, shelter and basic necessities by accessing community resources during the course of four,15-minute weeks.

The cost is $20 per participant.
