Otoe County K9 assists in finding 20 lbs of marijuana

NEBRASKA CITY – California men are charged with intent to distribute marijuana in Otoe County.

Nicholas Wallace, 41, of Hayward, Calif., and Darius Brown, 30, of San Francisco were arrested following a Highway 2 traffic stop and deployment of the K9 Blaze on Oct. 1.

Court records say sheriff’s deputies found 20 pounds of marijuana and packaged edibles with THC.

Bond for Brown was set at $75,000 and for Wallace at $30,000.
