FALLS CITY – The Richardson County Board released a levy chart for 2021 showing lower tax levies over the previous year for most villages, school and fire districts.

The Village of Dawson has a decline in tax levy from 44 to 41 cents.

School district 70 drops from 78 to 72 cents and District 56 from $1.04 to $1.02.

Johnson-Brock school has the highest increase among taxpayers in Richardson County. The school levy goes up from 62 to 63 cents. Richardson County general also goes up from 34.1 cent to 34.8 cent.
