Palmyra rescue transports Lincoln woman from Highway 2 accident

PALMYRA – The Otoe County Sheriff’s Office reports an injury accident involving three cars and an ambulance on Sunday afternoon.

An accident report says a Toyota Camry driven by Penny Shrader of Lincoln and a Honda Accord driven by Shelby Warrick of Lincoln were slowing on Highway 2 to allow an ambulance to cross on Road 8 near Palmyra.

The rear of their cars was hit by a third  eastbound vehicle, a Ford Fusion drive by Gina Nesbitt of Lincoln.

Palmyra Rescue transported Nesbitt to Bryan Health Center West with possible injuries.
