ATHENS -- Ohio head coach Frank Solich announced his retirement.

Solich, 76, compiled a record of 115 to 82 in the program, including a 77 and 46 record in MAC play.

Solich coached at Nebraska under Tom Osborne and was head coach from 1998 to 2003. He had a record of 58 and 19.
