Terroristic threats charges filed in separate cases
NEBRASKA CITY – Terroristic threat charges have been filed in Otoe County against Danielle Vanderkuur, 36, of Talmage and Brent Borrego, 29, of Nebraska City.
Vanderkuur is accused of threatening a man in Talmage on June 15.
An arrest affidavit says the man told deputies he felt in danger. Nebraska City police located a pickup driven by Vanderkuur in Nebraska City. An arrest affidavit says a search yielded acetaminophen and hydrocodone pills.
Borrego is charged with threatening two Nebraska City women on June 16.
The county judge sealed the arrest affidavit, but a complaint filed Thursday alleges felony terroristic threats against Katelynn Dils and Shantelle Buttry.
Borrego is also charged with misdemeanor child neglect, criminal trespassing and criminal mischief.
