Meth, cocaine charged in Richardson County

FALLS CITY – Shawna Harkendorff, 37, of Falls City is charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of cocaine on May 28.

Deputy Richardson County Attorney Samantha Scheitel moved to seal the arrest affidavit for reasons that details in the affidavit are subject to ongoing investigation.

Online records from the state Legislature say a sentence of three to five years imprisonment is not excessive for conviction of the felony charges.
