Bohlen signs with Peru State golf

PERU – Earlier this spring, Brynn Bohlen of Nebraska City signed to compete for the Peru State women’s golf team beginning next fall. Bobcat golf coach Sue Owen recently announced the signing.
Bohlen, the daughter of Corey and Cris Bohlen, will be graduating from Nebraska City High School this spring.
A four-time Nebraska State High School golf championship qualifier, Bohlen finished in a tie for 15th to earn a medal as a senior. She had rounds of 92 and 99 for a 191 total. During her career she medaled in 28 of 34 tournaments including capturing the first-ever Trailblazer Conference Golf Invitational this past fall.
In addition, Bohlen was named as the Premier Bank Golfer of the Year four years in a row. Besides golfing, she has served four years as the student manager for the Pioneer wrestling program.
Presently Bohlen is undecided about her major at Peru State. In addition, to her golf scholarship, Bohlen will be receiving the TJ Majors Success Award.
