AUBURN – Tristan Brodersen, 25, of Plattsmouth was fined for attempted delivery of marijuana and sentenced to time served in county jail for possession of less than a pound of marijuana on Aug. 3.

A Nebraska State Trooper stopped Brodersen on Highway 75 and said he found marijuana,  baggies and $156 folded by a scale.

Brodersen, who entered a no contest plea to the charges, was given the option of sitting out the fine over 34 days in the Nemaha County Jail.
