Auburn man sentenced for sexual assault

AUBURN – Antony Fralin, 20, of Auburn was sentenced to five to 30 years in prison for sexual assault in April of 2019.

A complaint filed in Nemaha County says the victim was mentally or physically incapable of resisting Fralin.

Fralin had been ruled incompetent to stand trial, but the court said in August that his competency had been restored. His attorney did not make a comment prior to sentencing.
