FALLS CITY – Drug charges have been filed against three residents after a search warrant was served in Stella on March 5.

Archie Parrish, 61, Wanda Parrish, 57, both of Stella, and Teresa Tupper, 42, of Dawson, were detained at the Vine Street residence when Richardson County sheriff’s deputies and a K9 unit from Brown County, Kan., conducted the search.

Archie and Wanda Parrish are suspected of delivery near playgrounds on Vine Street and Main Street.

An affidavit says officers found baggies and spoons with meth, loaded syringes, scale and unused baggies.

Tupper is suspected of possession. The affidavit says she was in possession of a pipe with meth residue.
