Falls City Council approves truck training
Truck manufacturer to train Falls City firefighters

FALLS CITY – The Falls City City Council approved training funds and new tires for the fire department’s new, 95-foot ladder truck.
The City of Burlington, Vermont accepted Falls City’s offer of $59,000 for the truck in recognition that the city would pay about $6,000 for new tires.
The truck arrived Jan. 12 after a 1,500-mile journey
The city council voted Monday to pay $4,000 to have the truck manufacturer, E-One, come to Falls City and train firefighters on use of the truck.
