Auburn man enters plea to sexual assault
Court rules that competency is restored

AUBURN – An Auburn man entered a guilty plea Jan. 13 to first degree sexual assault.
After the plea, Anthony Fralin, 20, was committed to the Department of Correctional Services for 90 days to complete a pre-sentence evaluation.
Prosecutors say Fralin assaulted a victim that was mentally or physically incapable of resisting in April of 2019. Fralin had been ruled incompetent to stand trial in August of 2019 and he was ordered to the Department of Health and Social Services until competency was restored.
Sentencing is set April 14.
