Winter Storm Warning for Otoe, Cass
Weather service forecasts ice and up to seven inches of snow

By News Channel NebraskaVALLEY - The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm warning for Cass and Otoe counties.
The warning, which was issued at 3:45 p.m. Monday, is in effect from 6 a.m. Tuesday to 6 a.m. Wednesday.
It includes forecasts of four to seven inches of snow and ice accumulations up to a tenth of an inch.
The warning is for portions of southeast Nebraska and southwest Iowa.
