TECUMSEH - Andrew Linville, 29, of Tecumseh was sentenced to four to eight years in prison for burglary in April.
Linville was arrested along with 22-year-old Lloyd Miller after investigators into a Tecumseh City Shop burglary served search warrants on a residence a few blocks from the shop and at Linville’s residence. Items from the shop and handguns reported stolen from a Tecumseh residence were recovered.
Investigators say a light bar stolen from the city shop had been placed on Miller’s vehicle.
They say the guns were stolen from a residence after the man who lived there died.
Miller is scheduled for arraignment on aiding and abetting charges on Dec. 21.
