Probation ordered after burglary attempt at Plattsmouth dealership
Plattsmouth police officer on patrol discovers window broken
PLATTSMOUTH – A Kansas City man has been sentenced to 36 months probation for attempted burglary at Henry-Hobscheidt Motors on Feb. 24.
Stephen Carter, 28, was arrested after a Plattsmouth patrolman noticed someone attempting to hide in a black SUV parked in the area. An investigation revealed that a window had been broken at the business.
Jordan Rambo Mitchell, 19, of Kansas City was also arrested, along with a 17-year-old juvenile. A fourth person is suspected of fleeing on foot.
Mitchell is scheduled for sentencing on Nov. 9.
