NEBRASKA CITY – An Otoe County judge issued an arrest warrant Friday for a Lincoln man suspected of motor vehicle homicide on Sept. 9.

An arrest affidavit says Kaleb Corey, 18, was driving a car that rolled on Road C shortly after crossing into Otoe County from the Lancaster County line.

24-year-old Josiah Williams was killed in the crash. A 17-year-old passenger was hospitalized.

An Otoe County sheriff’s deputy told the court that a blood draw at Bryan West showed the driver had .174, which is twice the legal limit for an adult.

The sheriff’s office says speed and alcohol were major causes of the crash.
