FALLS CITY – Suspects arrested after a warrant search at the Dawson residence of Buckley Auxier on Sept. 11 are scheduled for a Richardson County court hearing on Oct. 7.
Auxier, 50, is charged with dealing methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a playground in Dawson.
He was arrested with three others when authorities served a warrant search of his Nemaha Street residence.
Court records say two plastic bags with meth of about an ounce were found on a nightstand by Auxier’s bed. A sheriff’s office affidavit says a smoking pipe and loaded 20-gauge shotgun were also found, but Auxier is not charged with a weapon’s violation.
Also arrested were 46-year-old Jessica Perris, 45-year-old Brian Mackey and 49-year-old Steven Eis. They are all scheduled for Oct. 7 court appearances.
