Kansas City Men Held On Heroin, Meth Charges

SIDNEY - Fremont County Sheriff Kevin Aistrope reports the arrest of heroin and methamphetamine suspects after checking out  a suspicion vehicle.

Deputies were called to the area of  195th and Hwy 2 on Sept. 22 and the sheriff says they discovered illegal drugs, a rifle and stolen retail items in a vehicle there.

27-year-old Taylor Spencer of Kansas City, Mo., is suspected of possession of heroin, meth and a firearm, as well as theft.

25-year-old Tyler McGee, of Kansas City, Missouri is suspected of possession of meth and theft.

The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Iowa State Patrol, and K9 Units from Mills County, Cass County, and Shenandoah Police Department.
