SYRACUSE – The Otoe County Planning Commission approved a conditional use permit on Sept. 17 for Frontier Cooperative to establish a fertilizer distribution facility at the Syracuse Ag Service terminal at 3176 K Rd.

According to meeting minutes, company CEO Craig Schultz told the planning commission the 400 x 100 foot building will house chemical tanks, as well as a maintenance shop, seed storage and other permitted uses.
