NEBRASKA CITY – An arrest warrant has been issued for a Lincoln man charged in Otoe County with over 10 grams of methamphetamine and two loaded handguns.

Khamphoune Boutdy, 46, was scheduled for a preliminary hearing Aug. 26 on a charge that includes possession of a firearm during a drug violation, a charged that carries a maximum sentence of 50 years in prison.

He is also suspected of possession of Diazepam, hydromorphone, Tramadol and marijuana.

An arrest affidavit says the Nebraska State Patrol stopped Boutdy on Highway 2 on Jan. 23. A state trooper reports finding a sandwich bag about an eight full of meth and multiple bags containing marijuana.
