TECUMSEH – Joshua Parrish, 30, of Tecumseh is charged with operating a motor vehicle to avoid arrest and tampering with evidence on July 30.
A sheriff’s deputy told the court he followed a dust trail on county roads and had to exceed 80 mph to catch up with Parish. His arrest affidavit says he used a taser after Parrish refused his orders.
The deputy suspected that Parrish had thrown something out of his window and says a bag with syringes and spoon were found in a roadside ditch nearby.
