Rulo Search Leads To Arrest Warrants
Richardson County Sheriff's Office says meth and plastic bags linked to drug dealing found in storage unit
By News Channel NebraskaFALLS CITY – The Richardson County Sheriff’s Office reported on its Facebook page a search warrant served in Rulo and allegations of drug activity.
The post says the Brown County Sheriff’s Office K9 Unit assisted with the search warrant on July 23 at B and B Boat Storage in Rulo.
The sheriff says the search yielded methamphetamine, unused plastic bags, a scale and drug paraphernalia.
The posts says additional warrants were obtained for the arrest of Daniel Clary, 47, of Falls City and Griffin Tracy, 45, of White Cloud, Kan.
They are charged with felony distribution.
An arrest affidavit says Tracy called the sheriff’s office to ask why officers were in his storage unit, but refused to come to the sheriff’s office to talk about it.
