NEBRASKA CITY – Maxwell O’Dill, 23, of Nebraska City and Brandon McVay, 25, of Cook have been sentenced to prison time for their roles in stealing a 4-wheeler from a rural shed in Otoe County.

Court records say a land owner showed sheriff’s investigators a video showing the men entering a shed after 11 p.m. on M Road in August of 2019. The 4-wheeler was later recovered in Cook.

McVay was sentenced to three years for attempted burglary and O’Dill was sentenced to one to six years for burglary.
