Probation Ordered For Frederick

FALLS CITY - Donita Frederick, 59, of Falls City was sentenced to two years probation for a July 2019 possession charge.

Frederick was arrested after a police narcotics investigation acquired a warrant to search a Fulton Street residence. A house guest, 40-year-old Joshua Darden, was also arrested.

An affidavit says police found methamphetamine in Frederick’s bedroom, as well as a baseball bat wrapped in barbed wire.

Prosecutors dropped weapons charges against Frederick.
