NEBRASKA CITY – Three Indiana residents are charged with drug distribution charges following an Otoe County traffic stop on June 20.
An Otoe County sheriff’s deputy told the court he was running radar on Highway 2 and stopped a vehicle for speeding. A search of the car yielded about three pounds of THC oil, 1,500 empty vape cartridges, 200 empty vacuum sealed packages, a large scale and various amounts of vape pens.
The driver, 23-year-old DaSean Summers of Evansville, and passengers 23-year-old Destiny Davis of Indianapolis and 20-year-old Logan Gentry of Evansville are charged with distribution and possession.
Arrest affidavits say the deputy also found THC edibles, psychogenic mushrooms and THC wax in the car.
Bond provisions of $1,500 were set for the Indiana residents.
