Falls City Probationer Fails To Appear In Court On Allegations Of Felony Assault

FALLS CITY – A Falls City man, who is serving a two-year probation sentence linked to possession allegations in 2019, failed to appear in court Monday on a felony assault charge.

Joshua Darden, 41, is accused of striking a woman with a broom after she complained of loud music on May 24.

Darden is also scheduled for a court appearance July 7 on a Jan. 16 possession charge.
