Peru Celebration Gets Pandemic Makeover

PERU- The City of Peru and its annual Old Man River Days celebration are showing their resilience through back to back disasters. 

Vanessa Sherman of the Peru Community Impact Group said Old Man River Days has a historical tie to resiliency.

Sherman said social distancing is guiding event planners.
