FALLS CITY – Michael Hanesworth, 38, of Falls City is charged with possession of methamphetamine following a search of his vehicle on May 2.

Court records say Falls City police and a sheriff’s deputy approached four men near the 1500 block of Stone Street. Two were searched and two others denied permission for searches.

Hanesworth’s vehicle was searched and court records say police found a Dr. Pepper can in a cup holder. The can was cut open and police say they found pieces of a broken pipe that field tested for meth.
