SIDNEY – A neighborhood dispute in Thurman, Iowa, on Mother’s Day resulted in three arrests.

Chief Deputy Tim Bothwell said deputies arrived after 2:38 p.m. to find a group of about eight people gathered in the street near a residence at Main and Filmore.

A sheriff’s office press release says an onlooker videotaped an altercation and showed it to deputies.

Residents Matthew Demorest, Pamela Demorest and Dakota Moss were arrested for suspicion of disorderly conduct fighting in public.

All three bonded out after posting a $300 cash bond.
