The Nebraska City City Council is scheduled to meet at 6 p.m. on May 4.
The agenda includes final acceptance of the Fourth Corso viaduct project and a COVID-19 update.
At the council’s April 27 meeting, Kimberly Warner spoke about the impacts of directive health measures on local businesses.
At the May 4 meeting, Mayor Bryan Bequette is scheduled to proclaim National Police Week May 10 to May 16. The mayor will also declare May 15 as Peace Officers Memorial Day to honor those who have lost their lives in the performance of their duty.
The mayor will declare May 17-23, Emergency Medical Services Week with the theme “EMS Strong: Ready Today. Preparing For Tomorrow.”
