Rumery Is Third Meth Suspect Stopped With Talmage Woman

NEBRASKA CITY – Trevor Rumery, 35, of Talmage is charged in Otoe County with possession of methamphetamine and morphine.
An arrest affidavit says an Otoe County sheriff’s deputy stopped a car owned by 26-year-old Chastity Pierce of Talmage, but driven by Rumery in Nebraska City on March 23.
Court records say the car was searched after the deputy determined that Rumery’s driver’s license had not been re-instated.
Pierce, who already had charges pending in Otoe County alleging intent to deliver meth and morphine, was a passenger in the vehicle.

Pierce was arrested Nov. 10 along with Pedro Flores, 31, of Talmage on a possession charge.
Pierce was arrested Nov. 22 along with Trace Schmitz, 23, on a possession charge.
She was released from custody after posting a $2,000 bond provision and is scheduled for a court hearing on May 11.
Rumery is scheduled for preliminary hearing on May 20.
