Plattsmouth Considers Redevelopment Loan

PLATTSMOUTH – The Plattsmouth City Council is scheduled to meet at 7 p.m. on March 16.

The agenda includes restoring secondary electrical service to the wastewater treatment plant, a tax increment financing report,

A $700,000 forgivable loan from LB840 funds to MDX Investment  to redevelop the former Plattsmouth high school building at 814 Main St.

The following appointments will be presented for approval:

• Economic application review committee: Dave Steinkrueger, Brian Harvey, Russ Kathol and Charles Jones
• Plattsmouth Housing Authority: George Eledge
• Cemetery Advisory Board: Bernard Boyle, Cindy Fuller
