K9 Deployed To Find 40 Pounds Of Marijuana

NEBRASKA CITY – A Hardeeville, S.C., woman is scheduled to appear in Otoe County Court on March 4 on allegations of possession of 40 pounds of marijuana.

An Otoe County sheriff’s deputy reports a Highway 2 traffic stop on Jan. 25. An arrest affidavit says the deputy deployed the K9 Blaze, who indicated to controlled substances. The deputy says the marijuana was covered in a green saran wrap.

 Ikeiylah Brown, 32, also of Georgia, was released after posting a $2,000 bond provision.
