Burglary Suspect Caught At Shaw Hardware
Store owners tells police he could see at least one suspect inside of the building

PLATTSMOUTH – Plattsmouth police say a remote connection to a store security camera helped capture a burglary suspect on Feb. 10.
Owners of Shaw Hardware in Plattsmouth alerted police to a burglary in progress.
Store owners told police that they could see at least one suspect inside of the business via a remote connection to their security camera.
Cass County deputies were requested to assist and upon their arrival entry was made into the building. Once inside, officers located 35-year-old Anthony Briand of Plattsmouth, who was hiding in the basement ceiling of the business.
Briand was ordered from the ceiling and arrested without incident.
Court records do not show charges filed against Briand by Friday.
