Governor and State Senator to host public event in Nebraska City

By News Channel NebraskaNEBRASKA CITY – Gov. Pete Ricketts and Sen. Julie Slama have scheduled a town hall meeting in Nebraska City on Friday, Feb. 14.
The event is scheduled at the Lewis and Clark Center from 2 to 3 p.m.
A press release from the governor’s office says the town hall provides an opportunity to hear an update on how the state is growing and plans for property tax relief in 2020 legislative session.
