Orchestra Coming To Nebraska City
Omaha Conservatory of Music scheduled for free concert on Feb. 7
NEBRASKA CITY – The Nebraska City Community Foundation announced an orchestra performance coming to Nebraska City on Friday, Feb. 7.
The Omaha Conservatory of Music is scheduled for a free concert at 7 p.m. at Lourdes Central Catholic.
The event features Omaha Conservatory Artist and Faculty Anne Madison, formerly of Nebraska City. She will play piano and Cody Jorgensen provides the voice for a performance of “Make ‘Em Laugh,” which is bursting with funny 1920s tunes.
Music and the Arts is also planning workshops with students at Lourdes and Nebraska City High School.
The event is sponsored by the Nebraska Community Foundation and Kropp Charitable Foundation.
