Man Accused Of Threatening Pawnee City Girl For Ride To Lincoln Bus Stop
PAWNEE CITY – A Pawnee City man is accused of threatening the life of a girl if she did not give him a ride to a bus station.
Brok Fay, 33, is charged with terroristic threats, leaving the scene of an accident and no driver’s license.
An arrest affidavit says a sheriff’s deputy confronted Fay about a hit-and-run accident where there was damage to a crosswalk sign and mailbox on Nov. 27.
The affidavit said Brok later went to his girlfriend’s house to demand a ride to Lincoln to catch a bus to Indiana.
The affidavit says Brok threatened to cut the throat of his girlfriend’s daughter if she did not get him to Lincoln by 3 a.m.
Authorities say the girl drove him to Tecumseh. When she stopped to get gasoline, she went into the store and called 9-1-1.
